Return and Exchange Policy

Return/Exchange Policy- Your item must be unused, and in the same condition in which you received it within 30 days of purchase. We may require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

We do not accept cancellations once the order is processed –  If a size or color was chosen wrong please notify us via email at support@getfitnlean.zendesk.com as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been fulfilled, we may be able to change it before it is shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues – Due to their intimate or hygienic nature, some products are exempt from the return policy, unless they were delivered defective or damaged. Please use our size guide as a reference, and use correct measurements when placing your order.

Damaged/Defective Products -  Picture proof of damage may be required to confirm an exchange. For reporting a damaged or defective product for exchange please send us an email at support@getfitnlean.zendesk.com with photos of the product.
